Time is fleeting, if it even exists. Yet we are always trying to make it up. Lost workouts, time out of work or school – Make it up! Except you can’t. I’m finding this out now while I’m trying to make up for the lost workout time from last week. All I’ve found so far is exhaustion! Which is why the post from the 2nd appears on the 3rd – I’m trying to make it up!
Yesterday’s workout Yoga standing stretches, weapon training concentrating on foot work and manipulation. Followed by creativity time for techniques. Gym workout one exercise and two sets per body part, shoulder not tolerating weight or rep increase got a little scared, seems okay today.
